Hi, I’m Caroline and I help individuals who struggle to find the motivation to exercise, make healthy nutrition choices, and maintain a positive mindset. I understand that working out and eating healthily can feel like a challenge for many people. And now faced with Covid-19, many individuals are spending more time at home and unable to attend the gym. Consequently, it has become even more difficult for people to find the motivation to exercise. And overeating and/or making poor food choices is tempting., especially with the added stress and lonliness caused by quarantine and lockdown. These bad habits – as well as the general social restrictions caused by Covid-19 – can take a toll on your mental health too. This is where I can help you, by supporting you on your journey to eat better, workout (even with limited resources), and achieve a positive outlook.

Caroline pulled me out of my quarantine slump. I was drinking too much wine and eating bad food. Was feeling depressed and frustratred. Her 3 month plan was just what I needed to get focused again. Now I eat well, walk every day, feel happier, and I’ve lost 10 lbs already!
