Shipping Policy
All products ordered from our store come with free shipping. There is no spend limit – all orders are shipped for free. We use UPS Ground shipping as our default shipping method. Sometimes we may ship items using Fedex or USPS. Orders are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days, and transit time is usually 3-5 business days. All shipments are provided with a tracking number, which is emailed to you, the customer, so you can conveniently track your order. Once your order has left our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the shipping company, so please contact them should you have any questions about your delivery.
Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. If your order arrives damaged, please repackage the item and send it back to us for a full refund. Buyer pays for return shipping costs. Please note, after 14 days of receiving the item, your order cannot be returned. If you have any questions, please contact us.
