This as a great addition to my home gym and great for my home weight workouts. The foam on the connecting rod is thick and comfortable. Theses allows for different types of workout and it’s compact and convenient.

This dumbbell combination is great. With it, I don’t need to buy dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells. This saves me money and won’t make my house messy. More importantly, I can adjust the weight I use based on changes in my fitness plan progress. I don’t need to buy many different specifications of dumbbells anymore.

I really like the versatility of this set. You can do dumbbell curls, squats, benchpress, etc. etc. That’s what sets this apart from traditional weighted dumbbells and gives it greater value. You should also be able to combine this with metal plates (if you need heavier weight), as long as they are the 1-inch type.
Quality is fairly decent as it’s mostly just hard plastic so it should hold up with normal use.
The only slight annoyance is the time it takes to detach and reattach parts for a different workout, but that’s the tradeoff for versatility.
